The SMB Installer app allows the technician to carry out customer support work remotely, saving time and money on unnecessary site visits. The app is a web browser that can be accessed on a computer, tablet, and mobile. Technicians can use this app to pre-configure a customer’s site ahead of the physical installation reducing the time spent on site. Site commissioning functionality allows technicians to generate a commissioning report that can be passed on to customers.
