Gallagher mobile credentials deliver a premium access experience—secure, sustainable, and designed for the modern workplace. Users authenticate at doors using the device they already carry, eliminating the need for physical cards.
Provisioned through Command Centre, mobile credentials are stored securely in the Mobile Connect App or integrated into your app via the Mobile Connect SDK, offering a unified mobile experience tailored to your brand.
Bluetooth® is used to communicate with Gallagher, Aperio, and SALTO access-controlled doors. NFC can be used on Android phones to communicate with Gallagher readers.
The Mobile Connect App supports digital IDs, the ability to control your environment using Bluetooth® Actions, and push notifications.
Mobile Connect is available on Apple App Store and Google Play.
Includes 5 free mobile credentials per Command Centre license.
A minimum order of 20 mobile credentials applies.
Customers must have an active Care Plan.

If using Employee badge in Apple Wallet, users can access places quickly and safely, without opening any additional apps. Employee badges in Apple Wallet seamlessly integrate with Gallagher Command Centre making them easy to deploy and manage. Trusted authentication
The Gallagher Mobile Connect App ensures user credentials stay protected. Authenticate using passcode, fingerprint, or facial recognition. Gallagher authenticators are Certified to FIDO Level 1 UAF standard.
Digital identification
Digital IDs can be designed to display user details such as first name, last name, and profile image – and are updated in real time. Provisioned through a secure end-to-end process, Digital IDs remain functional even when the user’s device is offline, ensuring reliable identification anytime, anywhere.
Control your environment
Privileged users gain instant control over their environment. When in range of a Gallagher Multi-Tech reader, Bluetooth® Actions allow seamless interaction with access points and building systems—adjust lighting, manage air conditioning, change door access modes, or arm alarm zones. If a system output can perform it, you can control it.
Receive real-time alerts
Gallagher Mobile Connect keeps users in the loop with real-time alerts delivered straight to their phone. Notifications are sent from Command Centre via secure in-app push messages, appearing directly on the device’s lock screen. With a single tap, users can dive into the Mobile Connect App to view full details—ensuring fast, informed responses to critical security events.
