Passive UHF tags or cards are cost-effective ways to increase security while avoiding congestion at gated vehicle entrances and exits.

• C862512 - UHF WINDSHIELD TAG (Tamper Resistant)

It can be identified from up to 15 meters* (50 ft) by uPASS Target or from up to 7 meters* (23 ft) by uPASS Reach. The UHF Windshield Tag doesn’t contain a battery and is maintenance free.

• C862023 - UHF HEAVY DUTY TAG

It is a robust design tag for long-term, outdoor use in industrial environments. It’s a cost-effective option when a tag needs mounting onto a vehicle’s exterior. It can be identified up to 18 meters* (60 ft) by uPASS Target or from up to 10 meters* (33 ft) by uPASS Reach.
The UHF Heavy Duty Tag doesn’t contain a battery and is maintenance free.

• C862035 - NEDAP MIFARE BOOSTER DUAL ID

The Smartcard Booster is a vehicle and driver identification tag, it ensures that a vehicle can only get access to a secured area when driven by an authorized driver. The Smartcard Booster is used in combination with (existing) personal access credentials. Based on semi active RFID technology, the Booster is identified up to 12 meters* (40 feet) with the TRANSIT Ultimate reader.

• C862120 - NEDAP ULTIMATE WINDOW TAG

The Window Tag Ultimate is a long-range vehicle identification tag, that includes user activation switch, advanced tag authentication based on AES encryption, uses two RFID frequencies for optimized performance. It is identified at distances up to 10 meters (33 feet) with Nedap’s TRANSIT Ultimate reader.

(*Note: the advanced tag authentication function is only functional when the Security Key Pack has been installed in the TRANSIT Ultimate)

• C862556 - NEDAP COMPACT BUTTON - direct replacament for NEDAP WINDOW BUTTON

Long range automatic vehicle identification tag, identified up to 15 meters (50 feet), easy mounting to vehicle’s windshield.

For applications that require user activation, the user can switch to ‘user activation’ mode by pressing and holding the button. In ‘user activation’ mode the driver determines the time and distance of the vehicle being identified by pressing the button.

When the button on the front of the tag is activated by the driver, the tag ID is transmitted to the TRANSIT reader for 5 seconds.
The Compact Button features a replaceable battery with an expected lifetime of 8 years after which the battery can be replaced for more years of service.
