CellGuard is a reliable and robust secure facility intercom system which integrates directly with Command Centre via a high level interface (HLI).

The HLI enables third parties to seamlessly link their systems to interact, control and respond with the CellGuard system, enhancing utility and user management.

CellGuard and Gallagher have developed a fully integrated and configurable HLI to suit the needs of any secure facility to operate, manage and report on all aspects of the system.

From within Command Centre, the CellGuard intercom enables the operator to manage intercom call events (place call, answer, forward, place on hold, etc.)

The operator is restricted from granting access at a door until the call has been acknowledged.

In the case that the alarm is not processed by the operator, the CellGuard Intercom Viewer lists the intercom call events.
