In the event of an emergency, a user signals for help using the Security Escort wireless help-call system. The user or asset's name, description and location is then raised via a network of transmitters, receivers and responders within Command Centre.

Security personnel are then able to respond to the alarm, which is displayed on a site plan and recorded in the database.
