Visitor Web Pre-declaration- Allow visitors to declare assets and upload a photo via pre registration prior to arrival.
Onsite Asset Registration- Asset declaration and photo capture via the kiosk for specified visitor and employee check-in flows.
Historical Asset Recall- Allows returning users to quickly select previously declared assets to accelerate entry.
Entrance Asset Check-In- Physically verify assets at site entry points and transition their status to Checked-In via the Guardian app or dashboard.
Exit Asset Check-Out- Perform final possession checks at exit points and transition assets to Checked-Out status via the Guardian app or dashboard.
Asset State Control- Full administrative control to transition asset records between Declared, Checked-In, Checked-Out, Removed without declaration, and Left onsite states.
Asset Exception Tracking- Centralised visibility of critical security states: Removed without declaration and Left onsite.
